Looking for feedback on composition more than process as I didn't develop or scan these negatives myself. I'm a bit worried this came out as fairly bland. Any tips on making the building look more imposing?

Shadows were adjusted and the photo was cropped/rescaled

Imposing - use wider lens and/or step back and do "shift crop" technique explained on previous image to prevent keystoning effect. Use redder filtration to bring out contrast in the sky.
