This is a great shot in my book.
A devastating loneliness comes to mind.
Hopefully, it will fill up in the Summer.
 
You did a good job of blurring the ocean, and keeping the camera still! 10 stop ND, must have been a long exposure. The ocean looks like alien world! Well done!!
