I printed an adapter for 35mm to 120 to try in a Pentax 6x7. Its used with 35mm cartridge so it may be a nice effect with with film advance holes showing

Yeah, I really wanted to see the film holes too but unfortunately I don’t have access to a flat bed scanner at the moment. I will rescan the shots with the sprocket holes when I can. Let me know if you upload the Pentax shots would like to see how they turn out!

Yobo, Have you seen this 3D print for transferring 35mm to 120 without the cartridge? I printed one for a friend, it needs some tweaking but it worked.

You've got a nice handle on this crazy format! The portrait and model is lovely as well, with the slightly tilted head, and including the camera... Have you also made some custom device for framing the composition, or is it a bit of guess work?

Thank you Marko! For framing I line up my subject with where the middle 1/3 of the finder image should be, although it could be an easy modification to tape off the top and bottom thirds of the finder to compose a bit more accurately.
