I think it might the Lamborghini Miura again.

It is certainly a Lamborghini - looking at the crest on the centre of the steering wheel.

Interesting to see all those switches lining the narrow shelf between the steering wheel and speedometer glass—I've never seen anything like that (but then I've never seen a Lamborghini)!

Some of the Jaguar sedans from 1988-97 had some switches on a sloped panel below the steering wheel in a similar manner.
