A special place to me for photographing wading birds, gators, black bears, deer, bobcats, river otters, manatees and endangered Florida panther(once, with a cub). Also, at night under dark skies for astrophotography and searching for the mythical Skunk Ape!

Despite the heat, mosquitoes & some poisonous snakes, the Everglades was one of my favorite places. Unfortunately due to health reasons I'm not able to return.
