Desperate to go out with my camera to try out my new toy, a Cooke PS945, but reluctant to miss the England rugby match, I decided some portraiture in the lounge was a respectable compromise.
Thanks for the comments on both pictures. In each I had the lens at f5.6 and was having to use 1/8s in the soft daylight.
Having used a PS945 eighteen months ago, albeit in a landscape situation, I found that wide open at f4.5 was too soft for my liking and in that context, f8 rendered things to my liking most frequently.
