Hi Thomas, this is a fascinating series you've created here. One thing that I'm wondering though: except for a couple of dogs and kids there is almost nothing living to see in your Matera photographs. I assume that this is by choice, so I'm wondering why you've done this.

Really nice Thomas. The sense of light that you have captured is very compelling.

Very nice composition. The interplay of light and shadows greatly adds to the depth of the image. Would gently burning in the upper right corner and slightly dodging the clothes make the clothesline more of a focal point? Just a thought, but a great image just as it is.
