This is beautiful Marianne. Is this the new Oriental Seagull VC-FB II Warmtone paper (which happens to be made *unofficially* by Foma)? I used it for the first time at Tim Rudman's workshop this summer and loved the creaminess of it, although I think it's even warmer than the official Foma papers!

I'm at a loss for words, Marianne. So beautiful it's overwhelming.

thanks so much varya, rachelle, bethe, gum and eddie. so glad you all enjoyed these. bethe, if i can do it, anyone can! you just gotta give it a try. but once you get started, you will be addicted. and rachelle..i had no idea this was made by foma. i thought it behaved and looks alot like fomatone which i have tried in the past. now i know why!

Yeah, it was kind of standing joke during the workshops. Very warm, creamy paper with greenish blacks -- pretty indicative of a Foma(tone)-produced paper. When I hold my Foma and Oriental prints side by side it's hard to tell the difference, although I found the Oriental slightly warmer and creamier, and the paper base just slightly different.
