Nice. 'just finished looking at each. You definitely get more density & contrast from your Dil. H process w/ HP5 than I do.
Rita may have an issue w/ saggy rear, but after peddling that around - you wouldn't want to risk being kicked!

I put both rolls of Tri-X and HP-5 in the same tank and processed them together. That shouldn't matter and both sets of negatives looked good but a bit more contrast than before. It could have been I initially gave a little more agitation(15 seconds) than before when I only went for the first five seconds of agitation then again at 2, 4, 6 and 8 minutes.

The extra agitation & contrast look good to me. I still come away from my HC-110 rolls thinking - they look underdeveloped (12 min. for regular Dil H, 1 hr for semi-stand). I noted Mr. Lambrecht's comment about D76 doing so well. The Rodinal does fine, but I seem to be an underachiever w/ the HC.
'Still smiling at you getting out & letting the leicas romp.

Maybe it's your water? I use distilled water two places...for the developer and the Photoflo. At 12 minutes you should have a fairly dense negative. I develop at 75 degrees as t hat temperature is much more easily obtainable year around than 68 degrees...especially for washing the film in the Summer. If you used 12 minutes at 68 degrees that would be about right. I'm using 10 min at 75 degrees. Well, we use what works for us.

I was actually approached by two people who asked, "are those Leica film cameras?" I was a little surprise anyone these days recognized them.

Col, That's an excellent observation. On well water, its heavily mineralized, so I also use bottled distilled to mix dev & final photoflo (Ilfotol) rinse. I cut about 3/4 of the lint & gunk from negs by leaving them in the final rinse until out in the garage to dry. Inside, the heater must blow alot of dust. 68 is easy here. Maybe I should try 13 min @ 68. 'Got nothing to lose.
When you shoot street - is it always w/ prime/fixed focals? They did you proud in this last sequence. 'Gives me an appreciation for a 35mm. I alway thought it wasn't wide enough for a wide angle - maybe thinking of it as a wide 'normal' lens is more in line. 'Hope all is very well w/ you & yours.

I most always use primes...usually the 35 and 50. My photo essay from some years back on The Mennonites was with the 50 and a couple sots with a 28mm. The other day when I did all these shots downtown, half were with the 35 f2 and the others with the 50 f2.

My one complaint about uploaded here is the photos never turn out as sharp as my scans. I guess that cold be said for everyone.
