I like the image. Couple of comments: 1) you cut off his right foot; 2) when you print it, suggest trying a higher contrast paper to see how it looks. I'd also burn in the bright areas above his head and give it a nice vignette while I was at it, if I was printing it.

I haven't as yet learned how to dodge/burn in with my PP software. This negative was scanned. I shut down my darkroom years ago...reluctantly.

I think apug.org won't appreciate PP software treatments anyway, so we can admire your negative scan as it is!

Regarding your darkroom - I shut mine down too, but just couldn't stand it, so I opened up a new one in a spare bedroom.
