The lighting is really nice, but a tighter crop could help highlight that smiling face as well as the sparkle in the eyes. It's a wonderful expression on her face.
The cut off hand is slightly distracting.

I find it wonderfully composed and I like the energy that is emmited by her smile. A tigher crop would ruin the atmophere of the street scene

I love the pose, the DOF and the grin. Nice image. Hand would be nice in full view but doesn't really bother me.
