Mao Falls

Mao Falls

Another in my own going waterfall series of Northern Japan. This one from last weekend. Located in Naganuma village in Fukushima. An interesting river, in a span of just over 10km there are 4 wateralls none are very large, but a fun place to hike meters. Managed to get them all shot in one trip. Also a test of a new camera and new type of PL filter, everything seems to work fine. Sorry the highlights were slightly burned out during the scan, much more detail in the neg.

Any and all comments are welcome and greatly appreciated. I would really like comments on this one!

Thanks for looking.

Lovely work, I always enjoy your Japanese Waterfall shots, and this one is no exception. The greens are very well rendered.

Dear George,

Thanks for the kind words. This whole area is covered in waterfalls, I am about half way through visiting all 600 of them. I should be done sometime next year. Thanks again.

Derk,

Thanks for the comments. They are greatly appreciated.
