I thought the fairly lights were barbed wire at first glance! That fact is almost as disturbing as the picture.

Joachim, Graham, and MFOHL, thank you for your comments. One of the reasons I personally like this image is because of the ambiguity - fairy lights or barbed wire? Quirky lawn ornament, feminist statement or misogyny?
