Mangrove forest

Its a treat, Awty. Tones & textures satisfy the strongest appetite & the light makes the shadow invade & fill the scene. I'd be obnoxiously proud if I shot this.

Pretty place, kind of unusual, like a grassy clearing, but with mangrove roots.
Was preplanned, tide, sun location and just took a couple of takes with my Nikon to see what it would look like to use my Mamiya 67 later. Kind of got what I was after in 35mm. Still have a few other opportunities there at high tide for a different reflective look and further back in the canopy I see something.

There's something really cool about this one. The light and timing are great.

I've loved my FG's. I like the movement/lines and light. Nice image!
