I notice in this this series of portraits the sitters nose shadow crosses her lips, which is a definite no no in every book I've ever read on portrait lighting.
That blue was an excellent choice... really pops the image, and I disagree with benjiboy, not in what it's not in every book, in that rules were meant to be broken, and at least in this shot she doesn't look bad, the shadow blends well it's not harsh, and I didn't notice it till I read his comment. I like this of the two best, the other one she looks worried, was she nude in this?

Hey Stone, thanks, a happy accident this series. I was at a friends and her cousin turned up and this was her. The bluebells are in season here. And no she wasn't nude. I let her keep her stockings on.
