Madewood Plantation in Assumption Parish, along Bayou Lafourche near Napoleonville, Louisiana. Madewood was built in 1846 by Colonel Thomas Pugh. It was called Madewood because - it was made of wood! The photo was taken in December of 2014. This print was made in January, 2019 on 8” x 10” paper.
