I'm not sure how you get such a big picture in here, but the thumbnail looked so good I just clicked, I was amazed at how big the picture unfolds too.

That aside this is a very attention grabbing portrait. Also at 1.4 with a 35mm lens, you really are quite close to get that blurred a background. Depth of focus is very shallow and it looks like her left eye is where it is at.

This is another situation whereby I would like to see the physical print.

What a striking and unusual portrait, the composition breaks the rules and really works, I'm going to try this sort of thing with my Canon 35mm f2.

nicely done.....you don't see many nice portraits done with a 35mm lens but this is lovely

Yes, really a lovely portrait. The close and slightly wide effect along with the shallow DOF works quite well here. And of course her expression is perfect. Nice work.
