Lunchtime Pinhole Project

This is a continuation of my old lunchtime pinhole project. Essentially, when work is slow, I'll bring a pinhole camera to work, and venture out into some local green space to capture an image or two on my lunch hour.

This is a small tributary to the Chattahoochie river, outside Atlanta, GA. Some beavers had been at work on a dam on this little stream, and during one of my shots, one swam right through the frame!

Taken with an Agfa Clack camera with the lens ripped off. I forgot to remove the circular front cap, and it created the vignette effect.

this is a pure photograph ..... it's perfect in its simplicity and authenticity .... it jumps decades back to the days of talbott, before notions of art and technology infected the simple pleasure of sharing a clean, direct and honest bit of seeing ...... i've never done pinhole photography but have always loved it .... it always seems like magic, even after all these years .... thanks
