Lunch at a Japanese Restaurant. We just returned from 2 1/2 weeks in Japan, and have some of my film processed. I shot a total of 26 36exp. rolls. I've got a lot of editing to do.
How does it taste ? What inside of each pot , sea food or vegetable ? How do sake taste? If one day I go to japan , that would be mostly for food. Japanese whiskey selected number one few years ago also. And Kansei and Kendo ! What a amazing sport and hobby.
Hi Mustafa, Top right are vegetables and rice noodles, top center is deep fried seafood, some wrapped in seaweed leaves, top right has a soy bean and other vegetables.Lower left is rice, lower center is a soup with seafood, vegetables, etc, and lower right is a dipping sauce. One of the things I enjoyed about Japan the most was the food. For 2 1/2 weeks we ate in just local restaurants, some very small. Of course we had Sushi, Sashimi, and everything else. Some places you cook your own at the table. Either boiling meat and vegetables in sauce, some Sukiyaki, and some in a soy sauce. Others, you cook over a small charcoal grill at your table.Just all good stuff!Almost forgot, we did sample the Saki. This was lunch, so we had tea, but in the evening we would have Saki with our meal. Good Saki served cold is great! The Japanese are also making some very good whiskeys. Yamazaki makes some very good scotch, as does Hakushu. I would say they give Scotland a run for their money. Of course good whisky is very expensive in Japan - I can get it here in the U.S. for less.Bruce
