A more traditional shot with Kodak HIE film. This is part of the La Ciutat complex in the city of Velencia Spain. The complex was designed by Calatrava the world renowned architect who hails from the city. A "must visit" for architectural photographers.
Thank you everyone for your comments, much appreciated. I think IR film is ideal for architectural shots especially if the building is white and the sky is clear or containing just a few strategically placed white puffy clouds. I like the impact that it lends to my photography without any further intervention on my part except for printing . I heard Tim Rudman proclaim that lith printing of IR negs was a marriage made in heaven and after seeing some of his work I have no reason to doubt him. I'm afraid I don't have the patience for extra enhancements beyond basic printing.
I always thought that Washington DC would offer an IR worker great scope to express himself. See if you can get there before I do.
