It looks nearly as frightening as a political rally On a more serious note I always like to try and work out what the colours are if I can. Are the two on the right only black and white and is the third from the right's mask also black and white in the face part or is the nose another colour. It does look lighter but this may be the sun on the black nose.
Thanks! I printed this one at a fairly hard grade which has compressed the tones, so it's harder to differentiate the colors. These are very colorful in real life and are sold in an outdoor Mexican plaza here in San Diego.
Looking at a Grade 2 test print, I think I recall the colors as (L-R): light blue; ?; red and yellow; dark green; white. All the features/details that appear white are probably white.
Cheers and Stay Safe!
Thanks I feel we may be referring to different masks or it may be that my recognition of colours is way off. There are 5 masked figures and in my case from L to R I was referring to the face part of the masks from figure 3 to figure 5(extreme R) so figure 3 for instance has the light part of the face as light blue and the chin part and triangles on the hood are ? On figure 4 the rectangles around the eyes are very light. Are these yellow/ The very dark parts may be dark green and on figure 5 is the dark circles around the eyes and the nose and mouth shapes also dark green. This might be the case. Very dark green on panchro film can look black I assume no filters used on the camera lens
