Very nice. You have a tendency to dead center your faces, which adds a static feel to your pictures. This one I like it, but some others would be helped with cropping for a more dynamic look. Cropping or composing with a more dynamic feel adds more interest, mystery and forces the viewer travel through your pictures more. But this one works for me. The classic "man/girl outstanding in her field" shot.
