Different view that few of us will ever see; thanks for sharing! Interesting picture. I'm sure the wide angle lens makes it look even larger than it actually is, but that boat has to be huge! How large is the ship?
 
Boggles the mind. Thank you for the info. Would have been extra cool with a human in the frame somewhere, for scale.

I am very taken with your images and your use of the #25 filter. Most photographers do not do this and miss out on photographs as great as yours. The use of this filter renders the sky as it really looks and should be used by more takers. I often use a @29 for an even more pronounced effect. I think your Tasmania work is worthy of a show somewhere. Great work Alex keep at it! Logan
 
Nice, and takes me back. I was 5 years on tankers. Biggest 350,000 tonnes! One day I will dig out some of (colour) negs.
