This is from my long-term project photographing along the 62 miles of Lower Owens River and Owens River Delta area.
This is the focus of a major habitat restoration effort in Eastern California that is attempting to undo the ecological damage caused by the loss of Owens Valley water to Los Angeles that began in the early 20th Century.
I agree about the lower left corner though I think the real magic happens by the way the central plant brings together the crisp bottom and the flatter top which seems to be affected by atmospheric haze. An excellent sense of light here. Best. doc
