sensitive and theatric ...pixel peeping I'll note what appears to be excessive sharpening (white outlines around heads) and remaining opportunity to light faces a bit more...that's in your negative.

I really like how the lights and shadows frame this shot. Will done!

@jtk Sharpening was done but thought it was minimal - guess my good ol v700 was sharper than I thought!

@Colin Corneau that kind of obvious-to-others sharpening artifact (white outline) occurs mostly (seems like) as a result of excessive post-processing...probably not the scanner's fault.

I wish that kind of artifact was a black outline instead, in my own work, because that'd be like the beautiful black outline caused in certain situations by Rodinal.

Like I said, however: sensitive and theatric... I do suspect there's more in the faces of that sweet couple .
