Lost Valley

Oft photographed church in the Ozarks. Finally I had to make the trip and join the fun see what I could bring to the table.
Now that I have been to "Lost Valley" it is obvious that every picture I have seen in the past decade has been seriously Ps'd. Buildings removed, Telephone wires, moons added. evil b*****ds.

It may be an "oft photographed" church. But to me, coming from another country (Denmark), what I see is a very dreamlike picture, with a superb composition, an almost 3D feeling and wonderfull tones.
It really evoces some deep feelings.
May I ask what technique you used to accomplish this?
