looking back

I can't explain why I like this print so much. I made it several months ago, wasn't sure what to do with it, threw it in a box but keep coming back to it.

It seems to me like a memory, more outline than image, all the details washed away but the emotion still intact.

Took this when my now ex-girlfriend and me went for a ski on her family's farm this past December. Her black lab, old and slow, trotted behind most of the way.

it's funny, people say " grey prints? " and i say "great grey print! "
it has that feeling of a dream or an old story, and good times.
thanks for sharing this with us.

There are a lot of things here that all work together. I love that tail! I can see why you like it, it's very evocative!

Nice. Simple. Great texture.
