Local tracks...

Trying tilt out for the first time with the Asanuma, which is proving to be a lovely camera. Next time, I think I'll move a bit to the left when I set up...

I like it. Any trains come by while you were setting up? You need to watch your backside in such situations.

What's the round thing on the right of the tracks? Did you scan it as sepia, or are my eyes deceiving me? It seems brownish instead of black? But a nice shot.

Thanks, guys. Dave, the track gets traffic once an hour, but I was checking constantly nonetheless. Always makes me nervous.

Richard, that was a bright blue ball that had come down from one of the neighboring houses, which I'll try to crop out of the composition next time I'm there. And this did scan duotone. Thought it was okay considering the subject.
