many thanks... all down to fotospeed lith paper and the fotospeed lith developer dilution, we were using it quite weak 1:9 (instead of 1:3 stated for film) and at 20degC

I normally don't like the Fotolith paper but this is beautiful.

This is a lovely shot. Love the composition and subject, well done
