lith portrait 1

I've been working on good lith-portrait technique. I like the results here. Fresher dev or recently replenished dev seems to be a key.

It's unfortunate with the car sticking out of the back of her head, but the print tonality is nice for portraits, I'd say. What dilution did you use?

Ya, that car is annoying. Thanks for being honest enough to point out ways to improve the photo, Thomas! I used day-old lith developer (from a previous session, left in the tray). The day-old was 4 liters in a 20x24 tray, mixed with 200ml a + b, then replenished 175ml of each a and b. Following the last replenishment, this was the second print I put through it, both 8x10-ish.
