Yes, this is my first attempt of Lith process... The contrast is there (negative is pretty flat) and the coffee tone too. I might try with a different paper next time to see the difference.
Jeffreythree, here are some details as Lith allows a lot of freedom:
I used Kenmere Fineprint VC paper developed in Arista Premium Lith AB with a 1:10 dilution. Development time around 25 minutes.
I will try another print with a more diluted developer (1:25 maybe) and Fotokemika Varycon VC paper to see if colors and contrast are different.
The negative (Arista Premium 100 in D76 1+1) is rather dense but without much contrast as the weather this day was pretty bad. On top of that, the uncoated FED lens did not help...
25 minutes is a little long - you can speed things up by using a warmer developer (I usually develop between 25-30C), although that may add more colour as well.
Like the others have said this is a good first attempt.
@Dali Naturally! That said, I mostly do lith in the cooler months. I just use warm tap water to mix the developer. If my darkroom is a little cool then I place the developing tray in a warm water bath to help keep the temperature constant a little longer.
