I love the gritty grain and the reflections in the foreground. One can feel the cool and damp.

Yea I agree I love the grain, is Neopan 400 always so grainy? I like it just wondering.

I was surprised myself with the coarse grain, but this image was underexposed. I had it developed in local lab and unfortunately do not know what developed they have used.

So you pumped it up after? (You said underexposed but it looks good here)

I just checked the scans and I was wrong with my underexposure comment. I thought that I added bit of exposure to the film scan in Lightroom before exporting the image as jpeg but now looking at it again, the exposure value of the image above is unchanged.
