Light from a Kilner Jar 10

“Light from a Kilner Jar” is inspired by frames from Andrei Tarkovsky’s “Stalker” and the fascination of rock pools when the tide recedes. This image is from a series of 20 and was made using polarised transmitted light from beneath (so the image is essentially a silhouette) and a polarising filter over the lens (cross polarisation).
