Leaves of beech

A classic motif in many ways; I too wanted to picture a regular pattern of leaves. I found it very hard to find an appealing composition, this is what I ended up with.
Printed on matte paper, bleached to get some extra highlight contrast and finally toned in viradon (does not show well on this scan)
Location
The forest (Soutern part of Sweden)
Equipment Used
Pentax 67ii. Not sure about the lens, probably 50mm
Film & Developer
Think it was HP5+ and D76 1+1
Paper & Developer
Ilford Classic (matte), local bleaching and then toning in Viradon
Beautifully done. The light on the leaves keeps all the detail in the bright spots, the tones in the shadow. Bleaching seems perfectly natural. Fantastic execution
