Leaves from a park in Oahu Hawaii. The leaves have seen better days because the pollution from the tourist cars have take a toll on their life in the Sun.
Mike, on the screen and on the paper these leaves seem have a life of their own, I wish I knew the secret behind that. It's a look I would be happy to have in all of the foliage pictures I make. I used Rollei Pan 25 and Rodinal but I have not seen that look before. Maybe a thin layer of wax is on the leaves which pick up the Hawaiian light. It was my first time there and I'd like to go to the garden island, forgot the name. Maybe my wife will take me.
