Lith printing of a IR shot from a place I appreciate for trekking. My second Lith print attempt ever. The negative is very thin, dues to exposure error of that Rollei IR400 roll. Thanks BTW to Svenedin, who incitated me to try printing it anyway.
Excellent result Raphael, I initially thought it was a print from a Kodak HIE negative (because of the grain) until I read about your venture into Lith printing. I just wonder why you opted for Microphen instead of ID11?
Hi all, many thanks for your kind comments ! @Vincent : because I felt dumb when I decided to process it, when I discovered than I haven't an ID11 kit handy, as I'm used to. Amongst the recommanded developer by the Massive Dev Chart, the only I have (Rodinal excepted) was Microphen. The neg came out fine, the control exposure (without filter) was OK.
BTW, I'm happy I discovered another Lith interesting property : we can salvage thin negatives with Lith printing
@jtk : Thanks you ! My whole Lith production is very limited for the moment, I have only another to post eventually. But as i have currently a lot of time to spent in the lab, I should do more in the next weeks.
