Laughing Gnome

I've not poured any plates for close to 4 months. After being plagiued with chemistry challenges late last year, I've since resolved them, but also had some focus issues. I found that various plate holders out there have different 'T' distances, and I've also had to fix those.... I have also acquired a used Chamonix 8x10 and made new lens boards for my main lenses..... After getting things ready, this is my first test plate. I am looking forward to being more mobile this summer and making some landscape wet plates. that said, I could not resist posing this little guy for a shot.
