Is it just sepia? There is a blueish area in the sky just where the far range of mountains "meets" the foreground mountain which looks just right for the scene. It might be simply the effect of a white/grey paper combining with brown to fool the eyes into thinking its slightly blue. Maybe its just my eyes

Works superbly for me however it has come about but I'd be interested in how it was brought about.
