Labour Band

This week, federal employees in Canada walked out on strike. It seems that the fallout from the pandemic includes many people re-thinking work and their relationship and treatment at work. This band provided some entertainment and morale to strikers on their first day out.

and “ ignorance of your work” ? You took a photo of a seemingly happy street band, so I zoomed in on the neck sign and commented on that part, is your work one that only accepts praise for what is being shown?

Somehow I have a feeling that Hassassin failed to pick up on the Cindi Lauper reference in that sign 😉
Which to my mind, is the part of this entertaining photo that is the most fun!

Yes, thank you. I hear a lot of dismissive comments directed at labour and workers who try to secure their lot in a very insecure economy, and I have zero patience for it. I do appreciate comments, pro and con, about the work and images themselves, which to me is what this forum is for.
