La Cloche Fog

On Charlton Lake, Ontario, Canada at sunrise. Fog was so thick I had to stop the boat and wait until the sun broke through. Kodak 100 ASA - hand held.

Lovely. I can hear the silence.
I'm not sure about the bow encroaching into the bottom frame (fortunately it is dark enough to not be a major distraction), but other than that I think this is a very well made photograph. Great camera choice, my favourite, I also like shooting into the sun with my OM-1!

Great job, relaxing and quiet. Even better if you think it is hand held.

Judging by the trees, that must be one wild place in the winter, which contrasts nicely with how calm it is here. Were there loons calling?

Nice to see your posts!! Great photograph too...
Best, Peter

How did you get the image to be so sharp, with so little light, a moving boat (canoe/kayak?), and a relatively slow film speed? Well done - great photo.
