Thank you guys It looks like this "new" Fomabrom IV 123 BO responds same way the old one did..I guess that's the same stuff.

Very evocative. I'll have to find some of that paper.
I've got photos of that tower from our trip to Estonia 15 years ago, but your viewpoint is better than mine was.
