These are not how the images that are on the negative look. I don't know how they got scanned like this from Walgreen's. This is a color reversal that expired in 12/96.
So you took your negatives in to have them scanned? So looks like they struggled because it's outside the bounds of 'normal'. You will be able to make prints from them regardless when you get properly set up, so ignore these results. You can also make positive slides from them via contact printing that will project as proper B&W. Interesting.
David, I think you're right because I can see distinct images in the negative so the trick is to get the enlargers set up so that I can run off some prints.
