I like this shot with more than one treecomapred to the one tree shot. I know this isn't the critique gallery but if I may, I'd crop out the top bit of sky to lose the dark spot. This may be a defect in the neg.
I had a similar problem in one of my 35mm negs. Donald Miller gave suggestions of repairing the neg but in 35mm the spot will be tiny and I imagine difficult to repair.
This picture is REALLY nice, and has a wonderful dynamic. The sky and the foreground brush really make it. You might want to get some real film though-- the tones could really use it.
