Keystone Kops

A pair of Keystone Kops patrol the streets of downtown Anchorage during the annual Fur Rendezvous. Since 1939, the Kops have patrolled Anchorage streets during Rondy, locking up kids and sometimes adults who are found without the year's latest Rondy pin or booster button. The bail for getting out of jail, simple: buy a pin.
