You don't get much more southwestern Minnesota than this. The bare trees, corn stubble, just-poking-up grass, along with the puffy clouds in the warming spring air make this a rare day. Nice use of the filter, perfect lining up of the roofs.
What really makes it for me are the machine shed and pickup truck. Who's coming down the road? What kind of equipment is in the shed? is it the farmer taking a break for dinner (the noontime meal in rural MN) after working to get the machinery ready? Are the fields dried out yet?
Thank you for capturing the interest to be found in something I wouldn't have bothered photographing when I lived there. It makes me want to find those interesting things all around me that I just don't see.
