I think making the horizontal "anchor point" the tangent of the wall surrounding the rotunda may make this slightly more comfortable to look at. It seems a bit unbalanced - falling away to the lower left. A minor point but you have a few strong competing horitontal lines here which makes balancing it a challenge.
