Totally agree. A time when kids would observe and interact with the world around then, instead of staring at a plastic screen.

You think they could bring a chair to stand on so the young fella could fish to.
There's a bribge over a creek just a small walk down the hill from my place, it only has a railing fence, so kids of all sizes can fish there, and they do from time to time.
