Lovely!

The crop is called "rape".
It gives a lot of people allergies as the pollen is so strong, both in colour and smell.
Used for making rape seed oil.

@steven_e007: I think you are right. In Sweden the words for the flowers are 'Raps', but I must say that the English word 'Rape' scares me a bit

btw it is called canola oil because as you remarked rape ( the homophone has such a bad connotation )

Another brilliant picture.

Down here it is called Rape Seed, which is what it is. Commercial interests are trying to call it Canola, but that is a privately owned name and business, as far as I know.
