Jiro Ramen

Very nice clean composition. Looks like a refuge on a rainy night.
It's pretty hard digging in the back of my memory these days, but I thought ramen was a Malaysian (or Indonesian?) dish.

John, thank you for your comment. Ramen is a noodle soup, the same that comes in the styrofoam cup that you add hot water too. Many Asia cultures have their rendition, this night I was looking for Japanese style ramen. Unfortunately Jiro Ramen came up a bit short taste-wise, although quantity-wise it was quite the deal.
