Jeanah

What stories do your eyes tell?

Last picture in the series with Jeanah. For some reason I can't get the scanner to scan these low key portraits very well. When the black is black enough there's no detail left, and so on. You get the idea. I tried my best... :)

Thanks for having a look!

I like this whole series, especially this one. Some people can be intimidated by having a camera so close, but she confronts the lens with confidence and strength. This photo makes me believe that's how she confronts everything...

Thomas , if you were to go back and print the first image of her with the same tonalaty or at least print it to emphosize the triangler design, would you please post it?

Nice print here ...

You nailed this one Bro. The low key light and the deep printing look just right. Must be a knockout in person.

hallo

i like both "dark" portraits.
they are very mythic.
maybe it would be fun to bleach the eyes white.

Thanks to you all for your kind comments!

I have a couple of neg scans to replace with prints, and I believe I owe one print upload to Ilya... Will try to get that done tomorrow.
